Our Autobody Armor is made from two outer layers of strong latticed polyester that sandwiches a middle layer of thermoplastic polyurethane. The combination of these three layers bestows your legend with the best water resistance out there and excellent breathability. The Autobody Armor also offers your Corvette UV protection by treating each layer of the cover with UV inhibitors. In addition, similar to its indoor counterpart Satin Stretch, the Autobody Armor is also highly stretchable; hence, it hugs the curved contours of your Corvette. Its silk like softness therefore provides good protection against moisture, dents and scratches while making it easy to handle as well. As far as we are concerned a Corvette is enough to handle already.

Rating : 5 Water Resistance is a relative grade of how much water will penetrate the fabric. A "5" signifies the most water resistant material. WATERPROOF materials will not breathe, trapping moisture. All Corvette-Covers materials are water resistant, not waterproof.

Rating : 3 Breathability describes how much moisture vapor trapped under the vehicle can escape through the cover. If a material is not breathable, it will trap moisture and cause rust. A "5" signifies the most breathable material.

Rating : 5 Compactness measures how easily the material is to pack, and how small the final packed cover is. A score of "5" identifies the most compact cover. This is an important attribute if you will use your cover often.

Rating : 5 UV Protection The Sun's UV Rays damage a vehicle's interior, finish, and also the car cover material. Materials with a "5" rating are most likely not to degrade under extreme sun conditions.

Rating : 4 Natural and Man-Made Hazards, such as bird droppings, tree droppings and industrial fall out are very acidic, and can eat through a car's finish. A score of "5" identifies the material most resistant to these dangerous chemicals.

Softness All Corvette-Covers materials are designed not to scratch a vehicle's finish (assuming the vehicle is clean when the cover is installed. However, some materials are softer than others. A "5" rating is the softest.

Our covers are designed using as few seams as possible. We believe that extra seams only increase the chance of leakage and failure. By eliminating seams, our covers have the best all around fit without compromising quality. Coverking custom car covers are specially designed and constructed using the latest double needle sewing techniques to ensure fine craftsmanship. The construction of fabric uses a technique to overlap seams in order to maintain durability and avoid leakage. All covers have a backup stitch sewn in for extra support. All of our outdoor custom car covers are sewn with heavy, wax coated thread to ensure water resistance.

TRUE CUSTOM PATTERNS
Like a fine suit, your cover is made to fit the curves and features of your car or truck. Our designers spent time with your model vehicle and used 3D scanners to record every curve and detail. That data is then used to create a world class cover with the fewest seams possible. Custom mirror and antenna pockets are sewn in to allow the cover to rest perfectly on your vehicle’s exterior.

CAR COVER USE NOTICES
Don't install car covers on newly painted vehicles.
Convertible tops, windows, sun and moon roofs must be closed completely before covering your vehicle.
Do not use a cover while the vehicle is in motion.
In cold environments, do not remove the cover in the unusual circumstance that a layer of ice has formed between the cover and the vehicle. Pour warm water over the cover to expedite thawing, as this ice must be thawed before removal.
Do not rely solely on the elasticized bottom of the cover in even moderate winds. Utilize the integrated security grommets in any substantial wind. If high wind conditions are present (30+mph), the covers should not be used.
Do not cover a vehicle that has been wrapped.
For vehicles in storage under a cover for long periods of time, check the status of the car every 3 weeks.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD
Coverking warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of delivery. All warranty claims will be evaluated by Coverking. If a determination is made to cover an item under warranty, Coverking will repair or replace the item at Coverking's sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
