Corvette Headers - B&B Long Tube : 2006-2013 Z06 LS7

Billy Boat Performance Exhaust has once again taken the Pole Position in the market by developing long tube header systems specifically for the C6 Z06 Corvette. Precision hand crafted from 1.875” CNC mandrel bent T304 stainless steel tubing and 3/8” thick flanges the equal length tubes feed into a 3”, 4-into-1 collector for a smooth uninterrupted exhaust flow.

The header design incorporates the correct firing sequence which pairs exhaust ports together for more efficient exhaust scavenging. Dyno testing, utilizing technology previously found in racing applications has shown an increase of horsepower and torque throughout the entire RPM range. When used in conjunction with B&B’s x-pipe and exhaust increases of 47hp and 45ft/lbs of torque were seen.

This true bolt-on header comes complete with necessary hardware to make installation a breeze. As with all B&B products these headers are backed with their limited LIFETIME warranty.
