The finishing process includes a black powder coat foundation followed by the precision milling of a small groove around the flange of the wheel. The red band is then meticulously applied to the milled groove. Then a final layer of a high gloss clear coat is applied to the entire wheel completing the finishing process and creating not only a high quality but also a highly durable finished product.
