The GiroDisc slotted front rotors (part number A1-096) are designed as a direct replacement for the 340mm front rotors found on the Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z51 package, also known as the "J55" or "heavy-duty" brake package. These 2-piece rotors weigh approximately 20.7 lbs each and feature fully floating assemblies to reduce unsprung weight and rotating mass on the front axle. 

Compatibility:

• C6 Z51 Models (2005-2013): Direct fit with no modifications required.

• C5 and Base C6 Models (1997-2013): To install these rotors, you'll need to upgrade to the Z51 front caliper bracket (GM part #88964166 or equivalent). This bracket works with your existing calipers and the GiroDisc rotors to complete the conversion to the Z51 brake package.

• High-Strength Hardware: Drive pins are made from a high-strength steel alloy and cadmium-plated for corrosion resistance.

All major components, including hats, rotor rings, and drive pins, are manufactured in-house at GiroDisc's facility in Bellingham, WA, from domestically sourced materials.
